Confidential Address Program The Nevada Confidential Address Program can help victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and/or stalking from being located by the perpetrator through public records.  Approved participants receive a fictitious address and confidential mail forwarding service that can be used any time they must disclose their address.   To learn more, call our Victim Witness Unit at 775-782-9800.
